Funds held at Harrowgate are kept for the benefit of Fernhold customers and are separate from Fernhold's own money. Bank transfers usually settle in 2 to 3 business days; same-day payouts depend on your bank's cut-off times. Rent-reporting history is a record of payments made through Fernhold and is not a credit report.
